Pong Table, the work of German designer Moritz Waldemeyer, is currently being exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art. It is a very interesting take on the granddaddy of modern gaming. Waldemeyer’s version, however, uses a combination of 2400 LEDs and two track pads to let you get your game on. Shut down the power and you have a standard table.

How cool is this?! A table that doubles as the arcade classic: Pong. Unfortunatelly, it’s really not available to the public, although you may see it pop up every once in a while in the homes of the super-rich. Phooey! That counts me out.
